EMPLOYEE CONSENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Earned Wage Access (EWA) – Powered by Liabify via Anvin/Adler App

By clicking “Agree” or proceeding to access the Earned Wage Access (EWA) service within the Anvin/Adler app, you (“Employee”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. DEFINITIONS
- EWA – Earned Wage Access, a financial service that enables employees to access a portion of their already-earned salary before the official payday.
- Liabify – The financial technology company facilitating EWA services in partnership with Anvin.
- Employer – The company you are employed by, which subscribes to Anvin’s ERP and has authorized salary deductions for EWA repayments.
- Partner Institutions – Third-party financial or technical service providers engaged by Liabify, including but not limited to iDirect, Netbank, Al Dar, and others as required for service delivery.
2. SERVICE CONSENT
- You authorize Liabify to process your salary on demand via the Anvin/Adler app.
- You understand that this is a non-loan, non-credit product, and simply early access to wages already earned.
3. SALARY DEDUCTION AUTHORIZATION
- You irrevocably authorize your Employer to deduct from your end-of-month salary an amount equal to the EWA amount disbursed to you, including any service fees applicable.
- You agree that this deduction will be done before the balance salary is paid to you.
- You understand that no further consent is needed for such deductions once this agreement is accepted.
4. DATA ACCESS AND SHARING CONSENT
4.1 Access to Personal Data
You consent to Anvin, Liabify, and its partners collecting, storing, accessing, and processing the following personal information:
- Full name, nationality, mobile number, QID/Passport number.
- Salary details and employment history.
- Attendance records, bank account information.
- Payroll activity, leave balances, WPS history.
- Any additional HR or financial data required to provide or assess EWA eligibility.
4.2 Data Sharing with Partners
You grant consent for Liabify to securely share your personal and payroll-related data with its authorized partners.
4.3 Storage and Retention
Your data will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill regulatory obligations and service operations.
5. COMPLIANCE WITH QATAR’S DATA PRIVACY LAWS
All parties involved shall comply with Law No. (13) of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPPL) and any amendments thereof.
6. SERVICE FEES AND TRANSACTION LIMITS
- The EWA service may include a processing fee, as clearly shown in the online request process before confirming a request.
- No interest is charged.
- The maximum EWA amount you may request per month is 50% of your earned salary, subject to employer approval.
7. NO IMPACT ON CREDIT SCORE
This service is not reported to credit bureaus and does not affect your credit score. It is solely a non-credit salary access service.
8. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
You may opt out of the EWA service at any time by submitting a written request to your HR or Liabify support.
9. EMPLOYEE RIGHTS
- You have the right to request a copy of your data held by Liabify or its partners.
- You may ask for corrections to inaccurate data.
- You may revoke this consent, subject to notice, by contacting: [email protected].
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Neither Anvin nor Liabify shall be liable for delays caused by technical failures, employer non-compliance, or banking issues.
- Your Employer is solely responsible for deducting and remitting the amounts as authorized herein.
11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Qatari courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.
12. ACCEPTANCE
By clicking “Agree & Proceed”, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- You voluntarily authorize salary deduction for EWA repayment.
- You consent to the processing and sharing of your data as stated above.
